Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training – Tier 2

The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disabilities and Autism is the Government’s preferred training for health and social care staff to equip themselves with the knowledge and skills required to provide effective care and support for people living with autism or a learning disability.

Course Length. 7 hours / 1 day

Introduction

You will attend a one-day classroom course led by an experienced trainer, alongside our trainers with lived experience, who provide valuable insights from their own personal healthcare journeys. The day includes interactive activities, such as group discussions and practical exercises, as well as opportunities for questions, ensuring you gain the skills and knowledge you need in an engaging, hands-on environment.
