Janet has nearly 40 years of experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and has worked in hospitals, prisons, locked support facilities and care homes.  Having previously directed care services, Janet now takes responsibility for our Care Home Interim Management Service and is currently supporting a group of care homes in Stockport, Cheshire.

Jane qualified as a Registered General Nurse in the 90s and has directed a range of clinical services over her career.  Currently managing a group of care homes, she has also recently become a member of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and has featured in various news publications, discussing the positive impact that Ethical Workforce Solutions is having on the UK-wide care service.

Christian is a highly experienced Health Care Trainer and has supported a wide range of services with their accredited training needs.  As our “go to guru”, Christian ensures all our training materials are constantly reflecting changes within services, whether that be at clinical or legislative level.

Clinical Skills Trainer

Stuart joined us as our Clinical Skills Trainer, having held many positions in health care, most lately within acute services and Accident and Emergency.  The value he brings to the team from his experience is superb for our clients who require clinical training.

Julie is one of our Senior Trainers.  Having worked as an Orthopaedic Nurse, Julie is also a qualified Health and Social Care NVQ teacher, assessor and verifier and brings a huge range of skills to the team. When not working for EWS, Julie with her daughter and grandson love everything to do with Disney… in fact, they have all recently been on holiday to Disney World in Florida!

Leanne has worked primarily as a trainer within mental health and learning disabilities services and is currently undertaking a part-time degree in forensic criminality.  She joined the EWS team, having worked for Ash at his previous company and is continuing her excellent relationship with our valued clients.

Josh is responsible for promoting Ethical Workforce Solutions as the training provider of choice across the whole of the UK.  With a strong background in sales, he thrives on developing relationships with our wonderful clients.  Josh also has a 2 year old daughter who he adores, so his spare time is non-existent!

Shelley is our efficient Centre Co-Ordinator, ensuring our UK-wide team are organised and furnished with everything they need to deliver an excellent service to our clients.  As well as co-ordination of the various services, Shelley also has excellent skills at building rapport with new and existing clients and has grown our client basis in a very short space of time.
