This full day course gives Registered Nurses the necessary confidence, toolkits and paperwork / documentation to enable them to assess competence within their own teams, for example care workers and senior care workers and others providing delegated tasks.

Introduction
Registered Nurses may wish to delegate the delivery of clinical tasks to competent and confident care staff who have been suitably trained and supervised. Our Competency Assessing for Nurses 1-day course gives Nurses the skills, confidence, ability and trusted documentation to be able to do this within their own scope of competence.
