Introduction

This Stress Awareness online training course raises awareness of stress and its occurrence in the workplace. It will help individuals to manage their own levels of stress and be aware of how stress may affect others.

The course covers why you need to know about stress, what stress is, the effects of stress, applicable legislation, the causes of stress, reducing stress in the individual and reducing stress in the workplace.
