We’re Expanding to Salford: Free Training Courses on Launch Day!

We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Ethical Workforce Solutions training centre in Salford, Greater Manchester, on 22nd January 2025!
This expansion is a significant step forward as we grow our services across the UK, including Manchester, Wales, and beyond.

To celebrate this milestone, we’re offering two FREE training courses on launch day. These courses are designed to address critical workplace challenges and empower organisations to create safer, more inclusive environments.

Join Us for Free Training on Launch Day

On the 22nd of January, you’re invited to take part in two impactful sessions:

1. Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (9:00am – 12:30pm)

This session addresses one of the most pressing issues in modern workplaces. Participants will learn:

• What constitutes sexual harassment and how it impacts employees and organisations.
• Legal and ethical responsibilities in addressing inappropriate behaviour.
• Practical strategies to foster a respectful and safe workplace culture.

This course highlights the value of supporting neurodivergent employees and creating an inclusive workplace. Attendees will discover:

• What neurodiversity is and why it’s important.
• Challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.
• Strategies to build an inclusive culture that celebrates diverse thinking.
