Introduction

The new legal duty requires employers to take “reasonable steps” to proactively prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.  This obligation took effect in October 2024, as part of the updated legal framework under the Worker Protection Act.  This course ensures staff at all levels have an understanding of the framework and demonstrates a proactive approach to ensuring the act is upheld.
